We limit the number of clients we work with each year so we can provide exceptional service.  We are on-call for all of our clients 24/7. We are known for going above and beyond with our service.

We work with both general non-profit organizations and 501(c)(3)s.  However, we only accept donation work for 501(c)(3) organizations.  If you are a non-profit organization and would like to discuss your project, or speak with some of our non-profit clients about their experience please contact us.

We prefer to price by the piece.  However, for any projects due in fewer than 32 days our hourly rates apply and they range from $85-320 depending on the type of work we are doing.  For exclusivity, our weekly rate starts at $5,000.

We have created web sites for as little as $1,500 for special consideration clients, to well over $150,000.  Final costs are subject to change throughout the project.  We price our projects one of three ways depending on your needs:

• Hourly (projects due in fewer than 32 days): costs vary depending on the particular skill we are using at the time.  For example, if we are under a 1-5 day deadline and do one hour of graphic design, two hours of HTML/CSS development, and eight hours of PHP development the cost would be $2,870.
• By the Piece (projects due in greater than 31 days): each item you choose has a single cost.  If you do not want certain pieces you are not charged for them.  For example, if you ask for a single page to be designed and developed and three additional pages using the same design the cost would be $2,250.
• By the Project (projects that exceed 80 hours): your entire project is priced based on the number of hours required in our estimate and as long as the project stays within scope, even if the hours increase by 10% the cost will not change.  Project costs start at $10,000.

To ensure everyone is on the same page we prefer e-mail and other forms of written correspondence, that way everyone has a record of what has been asked, what has been approved, and what everyone is responsible for.  This is as much for your protection as it is for ours.

Please contact us and we will discuss your project and if we have a spot open for you. If we do not have a spot open you will be placed on our Urgent Client List and in the meantime we will have one of our associate firms contact you for your immediate needs.

An Exclusive Client is a client who has purchased our services for the calendar year, much like keeping an attorney on retainer.  If you are interested in these services please contact us and we will discuss your needs and if this package is appropriate for you.

Yes. An agreement is drafted following our consultation stating, among the legal outlines, the project goals, the specifics (i.e. for web sites: number of pages, cost of pages, etc.), the expected timeline and the estimated final cost.

This agreement may be amended throughout the project development due to unpredictable alterations of the project goals. Should a change occur that affects the final cost the project will not proceed without explicit consent from the client. All other changes do not require contract amendments.

Our agreement protects both our business and our client's.

Our commitment begins with the signing of our agreement and is finalized upon project completion and the signing of the copyright transfer and project completion outline agreement.
