Our Rates

We know you have a budget and we want you to know exactly how much you can expect to budget for our services. We won’t be the least expensive company out there, but we know we will provide you with service and reassurance that no other company can.

We have talked to a couple of other vendors … and they were a little less but we did not have the confidence or were as comfortable as we are with you. You wowed us and were exactly what we were looking for.

We understand that most companies prefer to write checks for their accounts, however, we do a lot of business with small businesses that can benefit much more from being able to pay via credit card (for miles, cash back, points, whatever yours offers you). So we offer several payment options including:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Money Order
  • Square (Credit Cards in person)
  • Google (Credit and Debit Cards)
  • PayPal (Bank Account, Credit Cards, Debit Cards)
  • Direct Transfer (Bank Account)
  • .

While our projects are generally billed 50% to start the project and the final 50% upon launch / delivery, we are willing to work with our clients to accommodate: billing before the year’s end for budgetary considerations, billing in more than two payments, even billing over six or 12 months.

The first 50 percent of a project, be it the deposit or the first 50 percent worth of payments, is non refundable; regardless of deliverable status. That 50 percent secures your time with us for the duration of your project (per the contract signed and quote issued and approved). These monies cover some of the hours of work we put into establishing your project and all of our foundation work. Around 75 percent of our work is done in the first few weeks of design and development. While we rarely cancel a project or have a project change scope dramatically enough to start over, when this happens please know that we have already invested a great deal of time and effort into your project and without the final payment we are not able to either provide you with what we have done to that point (which is virtually a finished product) or refund your monies.

While we have hourly rates for reference, we prefer to price by the project. Any projects due in fewer than 32 days our hourly rates may apply and they range from $85-320 depending on the type of work we are doing; we bill by the minute with no minimum. For exclusivity, our weekly rate starts at $5,000. Special consideration is available for non-profit 501(c)(3) clients.
