While our projects are generally billed 50% to start the project and the final 50% upon launch / delivery, we are willing to work with our clients to accommodate: billing before the year’s end for budgetary considerations, billing in more than two payments, even billing over six or 12 months.

Because time is valuable we charge for consultations**, meetings, evaluations, and server maintenance/setup. These fees may be waived in certain circumstances. Prices below are for one hour.

We offer business consulting to suit everyone’s needs and everyone’s budget. We even offer a payment plan for our consulting, unheard of in the industry. Consulting fees are non refundable.
What you’ll receive:
- the consulting time (you can have as many people as you want on the call)
- an audio recording of our session(s) (phone and on-site)
- an outline of what we discussed and what your next steps are
- and if you choose to partner with us for another project, we’ll credit 1/3 of your consulting fee to your project.
* On-site consulting is limited to 50 miles from Lambert Airport, St. Louis, MO. For consulting outside of this range add transportation and accommodations.
Because our business consulting can extend over several months our multi-month business consulting clients are limited to six clients per year. These fees may be waived in certain circumstances.

Establishing an audience doesn’t happen overnight. To ensure we have enough time to establish your campaign and get it rolling we require a minimum three month contract term.
Social Media Tier I
$1,000 / month – This is perfect for a trial campaign or a small business that has yet to establish a brand but wants to get started and test the social media waters. This package includes:
- Set-up of social media profiles.
- Basic profile management on Twitter and Facebook.
- Two status updates per day on Twitter and Facebook (client to provide content direction).
Social Media Tier II
$3,000 / month – This package is designed to help build your following by including audience interaction activities. This package includes a more involved level of social media management and includes:
- Set-up of social media profiles.
- Profile management on Twitter, Facebook, and one more network of your choice.
- Four status updates per day on Twitter, Facebook, and one more network of your choice (client to provide content direction).
- Network growth (follower building) on Twitter, Facebook, and one more network of your choice.
- Reputation monitoring on Twitter, Facebook, and one more network of your choice.
Social Media Tier III
$6,000 / month – This package is designed for corporations or for clients with an established social media presence but no longer has the time or desire to manage it themselves.
Our team works closely with you or your marketing department to manage your online social media world. This package can be customized to include the features you need; features include:

Social Media Tier IV
$10,000 / month – This package is designed to engage followers and build your expertise in your niche. This package includes content creation, active customer engagement as well as community management.
This complete product management package includes:
- Set-up of social media profiles.
- Basic profile management on Twitter, Facebook, and two more networks of your choice.
- Four status updates per day on Twitter, Facebook, and two more networks of your choice (client to provide content direction, we will write content).
- Network growth (follower building) on Twitter, Facebook, and two more networks of your choice.
- Reputation monitoring on Twitter, Facebook, and two more networks of your choice.
- Posting of up to three posts per week on your blog.
- Identification and engagement of topic influencers.
- Brand evangelist, customer service advocate.
Maintenance includes, but is not limited to: software updates, minor site updates (changing navigation, changing wording on pages, adding photos to galleries, etc.), general questions, general server issues (monitoring databases, creating new e-mail accounts, software updates – but not server updates), and many other items.
These are our most common maintenance tiers with Tier 3 being our most recommended, the amount shown is for a 12 month period and is payable in a lump sum at the start of the term. If monthly payments are requested a $5/month convenience fee will be added.
In addition to the tiers below we also offer hour packages starting at $1,500 for 12 hours you can use any time
Tier I
A – $1,140 – one (1.0) hour of updates per month plus e-mail support up to 15 minutes per e-mail response at no charge, hourly rates listed above for anything beyond the first hour each month – updates taking less than 5 minutes are included at no charge, no hour rollover, and no discount on hourly rates above ($100/monthly or $1,140 in one lump sum).
B – $1,500 – 12 (12.0) hours of updates per year plus e-mail support up to 15 minutes per e-mail response at no charge, hourly rates listed above for anything beyond 12 hours – updates taking less than 5 minutes are included at no charge, no hour rollover, and no discount on hourly rates above ($1,500 in one lump sum).
Tier II
A – $2,160 – two (2) hours of updates per month plus e-mail and phone support up to 15 minutes per e-mail response or phone call at no charge, hourly rates listed above for anything beyond the first two hours each month – updates taking less than 10 minutes are included at no charge, hours can roll over into the next month capping at the end of the contract – four (4.0) hours can roll into the next year’s contract, and a 5% discount on hourly rates above ($185/monthly or $2,160 in one lump sum).
B – $2,750 – twenty four (24.0) hours of updates per year plus e-mail and phone support up to 15 minutes per e-mail response or phone call at no charge, hourly rates listed above for anything beyond the first 24 hours – updates taking less than 10 minutes are included at no charge, hours can roll over into the next month capping at the end of the contract – six (6.0) hours can roll into the next year’s contract, and a 5% discount on hourly rates above ($2,750 in one lump sum).
Tier III
$3,060 – three (3.0) hours of updates per month plus e-mail and phone support up to 15 minutes per e-mail response or phone call at no charge, hourly rates listed above for anything beyond the first three hours each month – updates taking less than 10 minutes are included at no charge – hours can roll over into the next month capping at the end of the contract, nine (9.0) hours can roll into the next year’s contract, and a 10% discount on hourly rates above ($260/monthly or $3,060 in one lump sum).
Tier IV
$3,840 – four (4.0) hours of updates per month plus e-mail and phone support up to 20 minutes per e-mail response or phone call at no charge, hourly rates listed above for anything beyond the first four hours each month – updates taking less than 10 minutes are included at no charge – hours can roll over into the next month capping at the end of the contract, twelve (12.0) hours can roll into the next year’s contract, and a 15% discount on hourly rates above ($325/monthly or $3,840 in one lump sum).
Tier V
$4,500 – five (5.0) hours of updates per month plus e-mail and phone support up to 30 minutes per e-mail response or phone call at no charge, hourly rates listed above for anything beyond the first five hours each month – updates taking less than 10 minutes are included at no charge – hours can roll over into the next month capping at the end of the contract, fifteen (15.0) hours can roll into the next year’s contract, and a 20% discount on hourly rates above ($375/monthly or $4,500 in one lump sum).
We also offer custom maintenance packages tailored for your specific needs.
Maintenance does not include new designs, new site developments (but may include the creation of a single new page such as a special event page or landing page – unless work exceeds available time, then a quote will be issued), new functionality (unless less than 30 minutes), and various other items too numerous to list.
